At Critter Creations, LLC, our goal has been to utilize the latest technologies and state-of-the-art security features in our web-site. The result is a simple, easy to use system that allows you the customer to purchase online with confidence.

The ordering process is very simple. You begin by browsing our online catalog to determine what item or items you would like to purchase. Our secure ordering process allows you to simply input the quantity of the item you wish to order and press the "Add to Cart" button. By doing this, the item or items are added to the shopping cart where you can review and check out at any time. Any shipping charges are calculated and the sales tax, if applicable, will be added prior to final check out.

For your convenience our shopping cart technology allows for the purchase of our products with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Once a purchase has been made, our system will email you a receipt to retain for your records. Our customer service department processes your order and ships the item in about 10 business days (usually less).  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified as to when it will be shipped.
