How do you ship your products? |

All items are shipped via UPS Ground, unless special arrangements are made. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight and

In stock items will ship within 7-10 business days. If your item is out of
stock you will receive a e-mail notification as to when you can expect your order to ship.
Even if your item is out of stock it should not take longer than 12 business days to ship. |

What is your return policy? |

We accept returns within thirty days of date of purchase for any reason,
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the returned item, Critter
Creations, LLC will mail a check for the refunded amount, rather than issue a credit to
your credit card. |

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address? |
