How do you ship your products?
All items are shipped using a commercial ground parcel carrier (usually UPS or DHL) unless special arrangements are made. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight and are conveniently added when you check out.

Why is it that once I leave your site after shopping, I return to check out and all items selected items are no longer included in the cart?
The shopping cart is based on IP addresses. As a result, once you begin to shop on our site, you must complete the check out prior to disconnecting from the Internet. In most cases, you may leave our site and go to another. Normally the shopping cart will reset once your IP address changes. The change of an IP address is typical in logging on and off of the Internet.
How long will it take to receive my H&K Steel Sculptures?
In stock items will ship within 7-10 business days. If your item is out of stock you will receive a e-mail notification as to when you can expect your order to ship. Even if your item is out of stock it should not take longer than 12 business days to ship.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within thirty days of date of purchase for any reason, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the returned item, Critter Creations, LLC will mail a check for the refunded amount, rather than issue a credit to your credit card.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes! Just proceed to the checkout. You will be given an option of filling out a different "ship to" address. We'll take care of the rest.
Do you have a paper catalog?
No. Every product we have to offer is available through this web site. If you have a question about any item, please e-mail us and we will try to answer it for you.
